  • A Virtual Assistant, otherwise known as VA, at the basic level is an independent contractor who provides administrative, marketing, technical and/or creative support to clients remotely. VAs each have their own specialities, skill sets, and experience levels.

    Many coaches, consultants, and service business owners who are looking to grow might hire a virtual assistant to take over key tasks to free themselves up to do so.

  • We partner with you on a monthly basis, and have several hourly packages to choose from to best align with your business needs and investment level. Once you’ve selected a monthly package of hours, you will have up to that many hours to use our assistance during any given one-month period.

    If you’re not sure how many hours you’d need - as a follow-up from a free consultation, we will provide you with a proposal for the optimal number of monthly support hours to best meet your goals. We’d love to help you get the right support in place soon.

  • No problem! We can typically provide additional hours in any given month. Such hours are billed at our ala carte hourly rate and included on your next invoice.

  • All of our packages are monthly, and invoiced monthly. Your package continues month after month, once you’ve signed your initial agreement. If you ever need to cancel your agreement with us, you can do so by providing written notice to your virtual assistant 15 calendar days or more prior to your regular monthly billing date. We’re happy to share more about the terms of working together in a complimentary consultation.

  • Yes, you do! We’re big on partnership, and for that reason, we make sure you’re paired with the best virtual assistant on our team to be your dedicated resource and the person you can build a great working relationship with. You’ll enjoy having one person - your smart, strategic point of contact from Joyfully Organized. You’ll also get the benefit of the rest of our team backing you up as needed.

    For example, if your dedicated virtual assistant goes on vacation or is unavailable for your business need, we can typically provide seamless support from another virtual assistant on our team. We love to provide this type of partnership and support so you have someone to count on and you’re always covered. Best of both worlds!

  • As virtual assistants, there are so many hats we can wear for you! In-person support is one hat that isn’t our best fit. For in-person support, we recommend hiring contractors or employees who live in your geographic area and are available for in-person work.

    This noted, from a remote perspective, we can coordinate with any in-person support you have in place. We also provide a lot of support for virtual events. And for in-person events specifically - there are many steps such as online promotion, scheduling, and email marketing that we can handle easily for you over the computer, even though we aren’t physically present. This kind of special support allows us to help you no matter where you live in the country!
