Joyfully Organized is seeking dedicated individuals to join our remote team in the United States. As a virtual assistant - project manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' business growth and balance.

This is a US based, remote, and contract role


About Us

At Joyfully Organized, we collaborate closely with our clients, empowering them to focus on their core strengths while we handle the tasks they don't have time for. Our clientele primarily consists of creative small businesses such as photographers, graphic designers, coaches, and consultants.


Our Team

Join our dynamic team of virtual assistants and operations consultants, currently comprising five talented individuals. While we are headquartered in Raleigh, NC, our team members work remotely from various locations across the US. We prioritize flexibility, allowing you to work when you're most productive.


About the Role

This is a client-facing, U.S.-based, remote contract position. You will take ownership of a set of clients, acting as their primary point of contact and providing high-level support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Task Management: Break down large projects into actionable steps, track progress, and ensure timely completion.

  • Strategic Planning: Assist clients in setting goals, developing workflows, and automating key processes to improve efficiency.

  • Marketing & Content Support: Help clients with tasks such as creating monthly content calendars, writing blog posts, updating websites, and managing email newsletters.

  • Client Communication & Organization: Schedule and lead client meetings, track tasks and projects in Asana, and keep projects running smoothly.

  • Platform & Tool Management: Work within various systems to streamline client operations, including Asana, Slack, Canva, Airtable, HoneyBook, Dubsado, Podia, Squarespace, WordPress, and Notion.

Tech-Savvy & Marketing-Smart – You understand digital marketing for entrepreneurs and are comfortable managing content, email newsletters, and website updates.
Highly Organized & Proactive – You excel at managing multiple clients (2-5 at a time) and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Client-Focused & Adaptable – You enjoy collaborating with entrepreneurs, listening to their needs, and customizing solutions that work for them.
Available During Business Hours – While you have flexibility in scheduling, you should generally be available for client meetings during the workday. This role is not a good fit for someone only available on nights or weekends.
